Data of Household Survey Remains Confidential: Ponnam
Hyderabad: Minister for Transport and BC Welfare Ponnam Prabhakar stated that the data of household survey will remain confidential and urged the people to participate in the survey without hesitation.
The Minister participated in the comprehensive household survey in Husnabad town on Sunday. During his visit to the residence of Mosarla Prathap Reddy, he collected a detailed household information as part of the survey.
On the occasion, he highlighted that the people were showing much enthusiasm and extending all the support to the historic survey.
He reminded that Governor Jishnu Dev Varma also recorded his family details in the survey, underscoring its importance.
On the occasion, Ponnam Prabhakar urged the people to provide accurate information, enabling the government to create comprehensive plans tailored to each community’s needs.
"Approximately 85,000 enumerators, each assigned to 150 households, are conducting the survey across Telangana, with monitoring at district and mandal levels to ensure effective data collection, he said.
The Minister also appealed to community leaders to support this initiative, emphasising that it will help in formulating precise developmental policies for each community based on accurate population insights.
He likened the survey to an “X-ray of the community,” aiming to address disparities and identify areas requiring support.
The Minister reassured residents that the initiative has no hidden motives and is purely aimed at securing a prosperous future for Telangana.
